JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2019 The present application was filed for modification of the order dated 15.05.2015 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court (now retired) in Cr. Misc. No.38315 of 2015, to the extent for extending the period of surrender. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the father of the petitioner was suffering from severe ailment and the petitioner is the only son engaged in his treatment and care, hence he could not surrender within stipulated period of time.

In the circumstances, on the ground mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, in connection with Jagdishpur (Goradih) P.S. Case No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71580 of 2018(2) dt.08-01-2019 2/2 266 of 2013, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur.
