2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 498A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, informant's daughter was married with co-accused Ranjit Kumar on 07.07.2016 and it is alleged that after the marriage, she was subjected to cruelty and harassment by the accused persons including petitioner. It is further alleged that on 23.05.2024, the informant received an information that the accused persons committed the murder of her daughter and disappeared her dead-body.

4. Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody since

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners.

6. However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VI, Patna City, Patna in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 199 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
