JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 13-02-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application relates to indecisiveness in the matter of issuance of notification on the part of the respondents with regard to the pay scales and service conditions of Niyojit Teachers and Librarians. The Court is afraid as to whether the Court can issue such mandamus to the respondents.

Patna High Court CWJC No.24827 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2020 2/2 However, if a Committee has been constituted and the Committee has submitted a report with regard to the pay-scales and service conditions of Niyojit Teachers and Librarians, then the respondents are under obligation to take appropriate decision on the report submitted by the said Committee. The Court in the peculiar facts of this case can only hope and trust that the respondents shall take appropriate decision in accordance with law.
