JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2019 Having regard to the fact that the father of the petitioner died, the petitioner has to approach the State Bank of India, Main Branch, Madhubani for payment of admissible financial benefits of his father as question of submission of live certificate does not lie after death of father of the petitioner. The Bank is under obligation to consider payment of the same in favour of the successor of the employee, who died.

Patna High Court MJC No.1813 of 2018(4) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 Necessary decision as to payment of the benefit to the legal heirs shall be taken by the opposite party/Bank within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
