1. The Learned counsel for the petitioner intends to withdraw the Writ petition with liberty to file a revision before the Divisional Commissioner, challenging the appellate order passed by the District Magistrate as well as the cancellation order issued by the 3rd respondent-Sub-Divisional Officer, Bettiah.
2. As the Writ petition was filed in the year 2018 without availing the alternative remedy before the revisional authority within the prescribed period of limitation. The revisional
Patna High Court CWJC No.13392 of 2018(4) dt.08-07-2025 2/2 authority shall liberally construe the aspect of limitation and shall entertain the revision. The petitioner is permitted to file a revision, along with all relevant documents within one month from date of receipt of this order. In turn, the Appellate Authority shall pass an appropriate order within three months from the date of filing of the representation. The petitioner is also permitted to raise all his grounds before the revisional authority.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
