In so far as selection of Respondent No 9 as Angan Bari Sevika for Center No 223 at Laukaha, Khutauna in the district of Madhubani is concerned, petitioner's counsel submits that she would be approaching the District Programme Officer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.378 of 2020(3) dt.28-06-2022 2/2 Madhubani since some enquiry report has been submitted by Child Development Project Officer, Pindraun, Madhubani affirming the selection of Respondent No 9.

Since the Court is not expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, no notice has been issued to Respondent No 9 in these proceedings.

This writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail her remedy in accordance with law, as prayed for.
