2. This application has been filed for modification of the cause title of the writ petition wherein the respondent No.2 has been characterized as the Director, Primary Education Department, Govt. of Bihar whereas it should have been Director, Secondary Education Department, Govt. of Bihar.

3. For the reasons as stated in the application, the application is allowed and the cause title of writ application is

Patna High Court MJC No.4052 of 2025(3) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 accordingly modified and the respondent No.2 will now be read as 'the Director, Secondary Education Department, Govt. of Bihar'.

4. Consequently, the cause title given in the order dated 26.11.2025 as well as in paragraph 4 and 6 shall accordingly stands modified/corrected.
