Mr. Anil Kumar, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-12-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hisua P. S. Case No. 180 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. there is general allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons of assault to the deceased, causing his death.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed and considering the same, one of the co-accused has been granted bail, vide order dated 16.11.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 50888 of 2019. He is in custody for about five and half months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82944 of 2019(2) dt.13-12-2019 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nawada, in connection with Hisua P. S. Case No. 180 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with condition to co-operate in disposal of the trial.
