2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amdonda P. S. Case No. 13/2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 120(a) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner kidnapped minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4673 of 2025(3) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 denied the factum of kidnapping and has not alleged any wrong against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ADJ 7thcum-Special Judge, POCSO Court, Bhagalpur in connection with Amdanda P. S. Case No. 13 of 2024.
