2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 233C/20224.
3. The matter originates from the marital discord.
4. Earlier, for exploring the possibility of amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties, the case was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. It appears that the process of mediation failed, as the efforts made by the parties could not come to fruition.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to pay Rs.3,000/- per month to the O.P.No.2 (wife), as maintenance allowance.
6. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate Khagaria, in connection with Complaint Case No. 233C of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay Rs.3,000/ (rupees three thousand) per month to O.P.No.2(wife) as maintenance allowance.
