The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case they are granted liberty to file a representation before the respondent no. 5 and the

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioners shall file a representation before the respondent no. 5 regarding their grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 5 is directed to dispose off the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
