====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.07.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44464 of 2019, by which the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 177 of 2019, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Danapur, Patna. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the top of the order dated 19.07.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44464 of 2019, due to typographical error in the address of the petitioner, 'District-Saran' has wrongly been typed in place of 'District-Siwan'.

No.85994 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2020 2/2 Considering the submissions made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds mentioned in the modification application, let at the top of the order dated 19.07.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44464 of 2019, in the address of the petitioner, 'District-Siwan', be read in place of 'District-Saran'. The rest of the conditions stipulated in the order will be same.

The order dated 19.07.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44464 of 2019, is modified to the extent as indicated above. Let this order be communicated to the learned court below through e-mail.
