Petitioner is in custody in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019 for the offence under sections 354(A), 504, 506/34/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the Pocso Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

It is alleged that petitioner caught the informant with intention to commit wrong with her while she was returning home after attending marriage ceremony.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that family of the informant is in habit of lodging false and fabricated case.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2384 of 2020(3) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 Earlier the brother of the informant has filed complaint against this petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 7.11.2019. Considering the totality of the facts situation, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Posco Act, Gaya, in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019 subject to the condition that bailors should be local female. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/- U T
