2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 405 liters of Nepali country-made liquor was recovered from plastic bags near the bank of Kamla river.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has got no concern with the seized liquor and has been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise, Madhubani in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 24 of 2024.
