====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners, father-in-law and brother-in-law of the victim, are accused in a case registered for offence under sections 304B, 201 and 120B of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. They

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18250 of 2018 (3) dt.17-05-2018 have been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Prior to the lodging of the instant case, they are not accused in any other case. Homicidal death of the victim occurred outside her matrimonial house. Petitioners are in custody since 25.10.2017. Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for bail of both the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners, mentioned above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Sasaram (Model) Police Station Case No. 1557 of 2017 on the following conditions:- One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioners who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioners. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioners.

The Petitioners will be well represented on each date and if they fail to do so on two consecutive dates, their bail will be liable to be cancelled.
