The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A), 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4, 8, 12 of the POCSO Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has clearly stated that there was love affair between the petitioner and the victim, which is contradictory to the allegation leveled in the F.I.R. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 20.09.2019.

Case No. 316 of 2019.
