ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 01.02.2018 in connection with Motihari Rail P.S. Case No.15 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main allegation is against one Mangal Kumar, who is said to have been running away after snatching the purse and not against this petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the present case on the suspicion that he is also part of the gang. In view of the aforementioned facts and

Case No.15 of 2017.
