The petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2018 in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 216 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was taken into custody in connection with another case as certain motorcycle keys have been found in his possession. So far as the recovery of motorcycle, in question, is concerned, it was not recovered from the present petitioner. It is further submitted that in another case bearing Sare P.S. Case No. 130 of 17 registered under Section 414, 401 of the IPC, in which, the petitioner has been granted bail and thereafter, the petitioner was remanded in connection with the present case, though, he is not named in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, -1st , Biharsharif in connection with Rajgir P.S.
