This is a case registered under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Akabarnagar P.S. Case No. 39 of 2016 pending in the Court o Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.

Petitioner's counsel submits that it is a case of false implication as the victim had gone on her own volition. He submits that the same is evident from the allegations made in the FIR.

This Court finds that during course of investigation the victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17893 of 2018 (3) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 supported the allegation of her being confined and forcible marriage for consideration money of Rs. 35000/-. Considering the seriousness of the allegation against the petitioner, this Court, for the present, is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

The prayer for bail is rejected.
