Petitioner is an accused in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 336 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 420/409/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that similarly situated several co-accused persons have been extended the privilege of bail vide order dated 11.12. 2019, 13.12.2019, 18.12.2019 & 14.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 81227 of 2019, 82977 of 2019, 82015 of 2019 & 82360 of 2019 respectively. Petitioner is in custody since 31.10.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82482 of 2019(3) dt.16-03-2020 2/2 of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. - VI, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 336 of 2019.
