The petitioner is in custody in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 232 of 2019, for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.11.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 119 litres of country made liquor was seized from the bushes grown in front of the house of the petitioner and not from his house.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him.

Case No. 232 of 2019.
