1. The petitioner has filed the present writ application being aggrieved by the order dated 11.06.2019 by which the Managing Committee of Madarsa was constituted and approval was granted by the Board. Since the tenure of the Managing Committee is of three years which has expired, accordingly, in my opinion, the present writ application has become infructuous.

2. Accordingly, the present writ application is dismissed as infructuous.
