JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-12-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lalganj P. S. Case No. 332 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 412, 413, 414 IPC and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. As per F.I.R. police on information that some miscreants preparing for Dacoity, raided the place, arrested the accused persons including the petitioner and there is recovery of one knife from the petitioner. Apart from that, he is accused in one more case also.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case, as he is only went there to witness the occurrence. He is in custody for more than 2 and half months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

S. Case No. 332 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned .
