Already three witnesses have been examined and four witnesses are to be examined by the prosecution. The petitioner is the husband and already he has moved before this Court on two occasions and this Court, having found no merit in those cases, rejected the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that already the petitioner has remained in judicial custody for four years and seven months.

In view of the above, this application is dismissed with a direction to the court below to conduct and conclude the trial in connection with Kurhani P.S. Case No. 260 of 2007 (S.T. No. 309 of 2016) within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43089 of 2018(4) dt.30-01-2019 2/2 order, in failure to conclude the trial within the aforesaid period of six months, the petitioner will have a liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
