This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.09.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No.13768 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in paragraph no.2 of the order dated 27.09.2019 "Alamganj P.S. Case No. 152 of 2018" has been mentioned, in fact, it should have been "Alamganj P.R. Case No. 152 of 2019".

Patna High Court MJC No.5122 of 2019(2) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 In such view of the matter, the words "Alamganj P.S. Case No. 152 of 2019" appearing in paragraph no.2 of the order dated 27.09.2019 will be read as "Alamganj P.R. Case No. 152 of 2019".

Accordingly, the order dated 27.09.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13768 of 2019 is modified to the above extent. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
