2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 36, 41(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. This is 2nd attempt for grant of bail. Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 25.10.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 53944 of 2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this case, charge has already been framed by the Court below and petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the period of custody and the fact that charges have already been framed, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul (Katahara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2022.
