The petitioner who is husband of deceased and is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 328 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation against petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, after one year of custody the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
