The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauni (Chakiya) P.S. Case No.252 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

The accusation against the petitioner is that one loaded country made pistol with one cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, for which he is in jail since 14.06.2019. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about six months and he has got no other case registered under the Arms Act.

Considering the facts of the case and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82385 of 2019(2) dt.12-12-2019 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni(Chakia) P.S. Case No.252 of 2019.
