Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for offence under section 379/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the allegation against the petitioner of assaulting the informant with the iron rod and having three more cases of similar nature pending against him, his prayer for bail is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered on its own merit without prejudice.
