Mr. Sri Surendra Prasad Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This application for bail arises out of Goraul P.S. Case No. 26/2010 for the offences under Section 147/149/341/323/324/354/307/504/379 and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.
For the sole reason that the petitioner could be apprehended on 20.05.2018 in a case registered in 2010 and despite rejection of his anticipatory bail application dated 21.12.2010, he did not surrender. I am not inclined to direct release of the petitioner on bail.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the trial has commenced. If that is so, let the trial be expeditiously concluded preferably within six months.
This application is dismissed for the present. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) Pawan/- U T
