The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No. 50 of 2018 dated 02.04.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 304 (B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the sister-in-law of the deceased and the allegation against her is of general and omnibus nature.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner along with her husband has been staying separately for the last several years. The aforesaid fact has

Considering the aforesaid facts and taking into account that the petitioner is a lady, the petitioner abovenamed is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No. 50 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
