Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mohamadpur P.S. Case No. 134 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. The vehicle from where the alleged recovery has been made does not belong to this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 02.08.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
