2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 339 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
3. The recovery is of 225 liters of illicit liquor.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 9.11.2025.
5. Considering the quantum of recovery, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed for the present.
