A report had been called for from the Trial Court about the stage of the case. The report, which is kept at Flag-A indicates that most of the witnesses have been examined and the case is pending for examination of only two official and one non-official witnesses.

The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 14.07.2017.

Considering the allegation that the deceased was dashed on the ground and was killed by means of a spear, I

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61002 of 2018(4) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, who is one of the uncles of the deceased, for the present.

However, if the trial is not concluded till 14.07.2019, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court again for grant of bail.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands disposed off.
