The petitioner seeks bail in Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 916/2017, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that petitioner along with five unknown persons assaulted the informant and his brother with lathi, danda etc. causing injury on different parts of body. Injury report is available with case diary, wherein doctor has found four injuries on the person of informant, out of which two injuries were found simple in nature and for rest injuries, opinion was kept reserved. From the opinion, it appears that injury no. 3 is grievous in nature.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57286 of 2018 (3) dt.11-10-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 916/2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J.) Rakhi U T
