2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ application may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.573 of 2025(2) dt.20-01-2025 2/2 to file election petition before the respondent No.3 and if the petitioner files the election petition in accordance with law before the respondent No.3, the respondent No.3 is directed to dispose of the election petition of the petitioner after hearing all concerned within a period of four months from the date of filing of the election petition.

3. Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
