JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 169 of 2019 for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only because he was accused in this case, he was made accused in six other cases. He submits that in all cases the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R., but his name surfaced at the subsequent stage. In the instant case, the petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly nine months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81520 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 169 of 2019.
