Petitioner is in custody in connection with Pachrukhi (M.H.Nagar) P.S. Case No. 298 of 2017 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 447, 308, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 26.06.2018.

Learned counsel submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant by iron rod which caused injury to the informant and husband and daughter of the informant were also assaulted by fist and slaps. Considering the totality of the facts situation, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail after 28.11.2018

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54671 of 2018(3) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Pachrukhi (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 298 of 2017.
