JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 363 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, petitioner has taken Rs.4 lac through R.T.G.S. and also taken other amount and he has entered into an agreement also, which will appear from the petition and thereafter he has not executed sale deed on one plea or the other and demanded more money.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the amount was given for purchase of ornaments and not for the sale deed and moreover the case is of civil nature. Heard learned APP also.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85672 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. He has to surrender and pray for regular bail. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
