Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sitamarhi Mahila P.S.Case No.22 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 498(A), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act.. Petitioner happens to be husband and there is allegation of demand of 2.5 lac from the informant and 05 dhur of land as dowry and for that driven her from the matrimonial house. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that prior to that the petitioner had filed an application for dissolution of marriage before the Family Court, Sitamarhi on the ground that the information (wife) is suffering from leprosy decease and thereafter the present case has been filed and

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM I/C, Sitamahri in connection with Sitamarhi Mahila P.S.Case No.22 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
