The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Twice, the earlier bail applications of the petitioner were rejected vide Annexure-1 series to the present application taking into account that the petitioner is husband of the deceased. .

A report was called for from the Court below. It has been reported that within a period of four months, the trial is expected to be concluded.

Considering the nature of accusation and the stage of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is rejected. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial
