====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-12-2018 Heard Sri Mukesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ramesh Chandra, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is in custody in Industrial Area Hajipur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2018 registered for offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been remanded in the present case on 11-08-2018. It was argued that considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, this Court may extend the privilege of bail.

Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, by way of referring to the statement made in paragraph-3 of the petition, submits

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69705 of 2018(3) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 that the petitioner is habitual offender.
