The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.150 of 2025 registered for the offence under section 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is accused of committing theft of a motorcycle.

There is no recovery from the petitioner. He is in custody since 19.07.2025.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and also the period of custody of the petitioner, this bail application is allowed. 6.
Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87789 of 2025(5) dt.25-03-2026 2/2 learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna / concerned Court below, in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.150 of 2025, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner, after being released on bail, is directed to mark his attendance at Koilwar Police Station, District- Bhojpur, on every Sunday of the month.
