2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant with an allegations that the accused persons including the petitioner along with unknown accused came and started abusing the younger brother of the informant and when the informant objected, it is alleged that Bablu Tanti caught him by his collar

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89492 of 2025(2) dt.18-02-2026 2/3 and spat on his face and assaulted on his mouth and nose, thereafter Vikram Tanti assaulted the brother of the informant with an iron rod causing injury on head.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that informant in a drunken condition was abusing and acting inappropriately with Bhabhi of Bablu Tanti which led to institution of Dharahara P.S. Case No.205 of 2023 dated 10.10.2023, as such, the instant FIR is a counter blast. It is further submitted that from perusal of the allegations, as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that no specific allegation is alleged against the petitioner.

5. Learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the fact that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sadar, Munger in connection with Dharhara
