The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 135 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the petitioner having been implicated in a case of mobile theft of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, no recovery of the stolen mobile has been made from the petitioner and he is languishing in custody since 13.09.2019. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

No.83334 of 2019(2) dt.16-12-2019 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, DistrictMadhubani in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 135 of 2019.
