2. The present writ petition has been filed for commanding the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for her appointment to the post of Anganbari Sevika for Centre no. 183 under Gram Panchayat Brahmpura, DistrictMadhubani.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the petitioner had earlier moved

Patna High Court CWJC No.1021 of 2026(3) dt.14-05-2026 2/3 before this Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C. No. 11481 of 2021 which was disposed off vide order dated 03.11.2023 with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of her subsisting grievances, if any. Counsel submits that in the said writ, the name of petitioner shown as Khushbun Nisha, D/o Md. Shahadat, but in the present writ petition, the documents i.e. OBC certificate, residential certificate & income certificate on the basis of which she sought relief is indicating that those documents have been issued in the name of Khushmun Nisha. Counsel further submits that the petitioner has not filed representation before the proper authority who is the C.D.P.O., Ghoghardiha, Madhubani, rather, it has been filed before the S.D.O., Phulparas, as per the Annexure-P/10.

In this background, this Court hereby not passing any order on merit or demerit of the case, but only directs the petitioner to file representation along with a copy of this order before the C.D.P.O., Ghoghardiha, Madhubani (Respondent no.6) within 30 days from today. Upon receipt of the same, the Respondent no.6 shall pass a reasoned and speaking order within 90 days indicating that whether any appointment on the post of Anganbari Sevika for Centre no. 183 under Gram Panchayat Brahmpura, District- Madhubani has been made or

If not made, then what is the reason, as according to the guidelines for appointment of Anganbari Sevika, the appointment has to be made within a fixed period of time, as in the present writ petition, the petitioner is only showing and claiming that her name was at serial no.1 in the Medha Suchi, but the appointment of the petitioner has not been made till date.

5. Accordingly, with the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed off.
