"To conduct enquiry against the

Patna High Court CWJC No.986 of 2020(3) dt.17-01-2020 2/3 Respondent No.07 D.EL.Ed. College, which is being run without any proper infrastructure, teaching land non-teaching staffs, proper class room and an enquiry been done further to direct the respondent to immediately restrain the said private College (Respondent No.7) to admission in D.EL.ed course session 2019-21 on 23rd November 2019 as per NCTE Act and regulation 2019 para-11 admission names and procedure Admission process shall be invited 3 months prior to start session also as per the judgment carried out in Maa Vaishunu Devi (Respondent No.7) Admission process shall be carried out before July of Every month which is complete violation of NETE Regulation B.S.E.B. norms and Judge passed in Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in "Maa Vaishnu and Devi" (Respondent No. 7) to take admission for 2019-21 for conducting examination for the same and for grant of any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner may be found entitled to."

Despite pass over, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press the writ petition on repeated calls.

Patna High Court CWJC No.986 of 2020(3) dt.17-01-2020 3/3 We find the present petition filed as Public Interest Litigation, not to have complied with Rules framed (second copy of the petition not filed) for filing of such petition in the Patna High Court.

As such, the present petition stands dismissed only on this ground reserving liberty to file appropriate petition on the same and subsequent cause of action.
