====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-04-2025 Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the LIC.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 989 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the Branch Manager of LIC and he is accused of committing fraud and releasing double claim in 97 cases.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 2.8.2023.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the LIC that the out of four charge-sheeted witnesses, all have been examined in the trial.

6. In view of the fact that the trial is on the verge of conclusion, this Court is not inclined to allowed the bail application of the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed again.

8. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest.
