1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 337, 307, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of eight cases and the informant alleges that he had gone to arrest the accused of Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 829 of 2020 when people gathered including the petitioner and started throwing stone and assaulted the police personnel injuring them.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner of assaulting the police personnel. It is next submitted that petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 832 of 2020.
