The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Alauli (Bahadupur) P.S. Case No. 280 of 2019 dated 15.08.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act. Two persons were arrested with weapons and they are said to have named the petitioner as one of their associates, who managed to run away.

It has therefore been urged on behalf of the petitioner that his implication in this case only on the basis of confession of an arrested accused person. There is no

Considering the afore-noted facts the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Alauli (Bahadupur) P.S. Case No. 280 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Ashutosh Kumar, J) sunilkumar/- U T
